Tri-Valley FFA Alumni are hosting a "taste of fall" this winter season with a Pork Chop Dinner Fundraiser. Drive-thru dinner is $15/meal, includes pork chop, green beans w/bacon, baked potato, dinner roll and sugar cookie. Pick up will be on Friday, Feb 23 from 5-6:30p at the HS. Proceeds benefit the FFA Student Scholarship Fund.

We will be hosting screenings for Little Vikings School and Kindergarten the week of March 4th. LVS will be screening Pre-K eligible students on March 5th and March 6th. To be screened for LVS, students must be three years old by March 8th. Kindergarten will be hosting Kindergarten eligible students on March 7th.To be Kindergarten eligible, students must be five by September 1st. Help Wanted! Tri-Valley Elementary is needing a recess monitor for the hours of 10:30 am- 1:30 pm. This position would include the option to drive a van for mid-day routes for the transportation department at $19.78 per hour from 9:30-10:30 and 1:30 pm -2:30 pm. Miss Shempf's 2nd grade class worked with the Baby Fold to raise money and purchase gifts to supply families with holiday generosity. Students learned some valuable lessons on putting others first and thinking outside themselves! We are proud of them!

Congratulations to our own Tri-Valley elementary and middle school Chess Teams for their participation and stellar performance in the first tournament of the season this past Saturday! A huge shout out to each of the following players who showed their Viking pride representing our schools: Lower Primary Division - Alfonso Gosalbez Upper Primary Division - Braden Leifheit, Gage Sylvester, Clark Nancarrow, Ishaan Lella, and Archer Nancarrow Elementary Division - Iner Baumann, Keira Oglesby, and Noah Carbone Junior High - Tyler Henrikson and Henry Isaacs You guys rock! The Upper Primary Team placed 5th out of 10 schools, with Braden Leifheit (1st Grade - UP) and Tyler Henrikson (8th Grade - Jr High) bringing home first place for unrated players in their divisions. Go Vikings!
